Creating New Friends
We help people connect with their local community, establish new friendships, and uphold those they already have. We're going to help folks participate in worthwhile activities during the day.
The individual can get assistance to live in their own house, either alone or with other people who also require support. A private landlord or a housing organization may be the owner of the property, and each tenant will have a tenancy agreement.
It gives individuals access to personal support workers, tailored to meet their individual needs.
Supported living frequently, though not always, provides round-the-clock assistance (including emergency care during off-peak hours) and can help with a variety of personal care, emotional support, financial concerns, and household chores, such as meal preparation.
